Established in 2005, Project L.E.E.A.P. (Leadership, Education, Empowerment, and Awareness Program) is an innovative Non-Profit, 501c3 program that assists historically, disadvantaged, low-income African-American and Latino males graduate from high school and college, gain meaningful employment, and improve their communities.
