Application Criteria

Qualifications for Project LEEAP

To be eligible for, a student must meet the following requirements:

• African-American or Latino male
• Currently enrolled full-time in high school, or 4-Year University, or Graduate Program
• Come from a historically disadvantaged, low-income background
• Have the potential to succeed in college and in life
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Be a California Resident

Who Should Apply

• Students who need financial assistance to complete
• Students who need financial assistance, mentorship, and professional guidance
• Students who are experiencing educational challenges
• Students who are, or would like to be community leaders and role models
• Students who need academic advisement and/or tutoring
